Interacting between conscious and subconscious



Aku dah lame nk tulis pasal benda nie. Cume setiap kali aku nk tulis, rasa cm malas sbb panjang sangat ini post. Hahaha.. Ok.. since benda ni adalah general so aku akan post in two language. 1 bahasa 1 b.i. Please be enlightened. 

In my previous post, I’ve wrote on the capability of a normal human being and the 3 state level of mind. The 1st one is of course, the conscious level which is the level we are aware of and use it daily to compute with. But this level of mind can’t work alone though it seems like it is. The data and input set in this level is corresponding with the one embedded in the subconscious level.

Let’s say your conscious mind is your PC which act as a whole and your subconscious mind is your OS. If your OS is WinXp, then your PC interface will be in Xp. You can try to trick others by changing interface into Vista or Win7 but your performance and PC capability will always be WinXp. Unless you change your OS.

In other words, the conscious mind only act in what your subconscious believes in. You can try to hide or lie but your conscious mind will always communicate with your subconscious mind to determine the real thing in your second mind. The thing that is embedded in your subconscious is called perception. What you believe. How you believe is another thing. Perception changed over a period of time. Whether you want to change a perception is all up to you. You can change who you are, what you believe in, and many more if you want. But changing your perception on things won’t be that easy as changing sheets. In needs dedication and practice and patience. Without these 3, you will most likely give up. Many methods are used in order to change a person’s perception or thoughts. One of the most common is through hypnotism. But I must say, if your desperate to change something in your mind, then why not do it yourself. You don’t really need to seek a hypnotist to change simple thoughts. 

START BELIEVING

The simplest way of changing a perception is believe. Saying is easy but I must say, this is far most the hardest method. Years go by and you somehow firmly believes a thought and start living by the thought. Then your conscious mind also believes the thoughts and started computing with the daily life you’re facing. You suddenly feel like changing your thoughts in order to cope with life. But changing the perception isn’t that easy since you’ve live your days and years by the very thought. But that doesn’t make it impossible. You just have to fight the thought and make room for new thoughts. Here’s an example on how to change a thought. Try it!


-Due to an accident, you are afraid to drive a car


During this incident, you have embedded in your mind that driving is dangerous. Whenever you try to drive, your mind says its dangerous to drive and the signals is send to your logic mind. The signals then is send throughout your brain and body and your body react to this thought. You became nervous, you sweat when driving. You say to yourself, I can do this, I’ve been doing this for ages. Your logic mind then interprets with your new thought and sends them to the second state of mind. It can’t compute alone being that the believes lies beyond this state. When the thought reaches the second state, it tries to root itself in it but suddenly found a thought already rooted in and these two thoughts conflict. The older thought has firmly hold the base and can never be easily pulled out. So, the new thought is blocked out and leaving the stronger thought intact. You suddenly find yourself still can’t cope with driving and just give up upon the first try to change your thought. What you didn’t know is that you’ve already penetrate your subconscious mind with your new thought and have shaken things a little in your second state. But many just give up or maybe go for second attempt and the give up. In order to change, you need to be persistent. Don’t easily give up.

-It’s years since you’ve drove a car and may have forgotten to drive


You end up just to live with your current thought. Your mind then keep those memories of driving away since your not using any of those to make rooms for new usable memory. It is possible that now you’ve forgotten everything about driving since you’re a passenger now. 

-You suddenly feel at lost since you’ve wasted good driving skills and feel it’s time to start driving again. But you feel it’s harder to remember all those driving skills you’ve once know and you begin to doubt yourself


Now that you want to drive again, you’re beginning to send signals repeatedly to your brain, telling that you want to drive again. The outer level, which is the logic mind sends the signals to the subconscious mind like before. But the same error occurs. Unless the old thought is removed, no new thoughts on driving can be rooted in the second base of brain. This process may be repeating itself with the same outcome but every time you tell your brain the same thought, little by little your old thought is losing its ground in your second brain level. Though it may seems like your wasting your time and effort trying to convince your brain but deep inside, your effort is not wasted. It may take time, maybe years before you can drive back. It may take a week, or even a day, depending on how strong you believe. If your thought have spend life with you almost a decade, then getting a new thought to replace the old one may take longer. The brain needs repeated signal to know that you really want to change your perception. 

-Little by little, you gain back your skills and you are driving like the old days


It is possible that now your brain is adapting to your new thought and giving up on the old ones. The memories locked away is now coming back little by little. Changing thoughts is never easy but once you’ve succeed, there’s so many possibilities waiting for new thoughts to be store in your brain. Think of it like this, your brain is your miracle worker, and your thoughts is your desire. Unexplored powers of the brain is like the deep abyss of the ocean. Many wonders are waiting to be discovered.
